The limited communication from staff, particularly at the reception, hindered our ability to address queries effectively. A major letdown was the cleanliness. a few areas seemed neglected, indicating a need for a more thorough housekeeping approach.

Beautifully decorated room, beautifully cooked meals, the wide variety of breakfast options includes several Turkish specialties and the hotel is conveniently located just 30 km from the nearest airport.

the location was perfect for a concert and everything was super clean and new. our room was giant and comfy. The breakfast buffet was delicious! there’s an irish pub and a coffee shop in the hotel too for somethin different. the pool area was nice with plenty of loungers, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the spa was a nice touch for relaxing after a busy day.

what a disappointment this place was! clean rooms were non-existent, and we were made to feel like we were in the way during loud parties. the spa? don't bother—most amenities were unavailable. I was expecting at least a complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience, yet was treated like any ordinary guest. Just couldn't give a good review, sorry!

during my stay, I really appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and helpful staff, which made exploring the nearby beautiful Girne Old Port, just about 7 km away, and the stunning Bellapais Abbey, located only 4 km from the hotel, a breeze and joy to experience on foot.

The location is conveniently close to local attractions.

The first room felt claustrophobic due to a lack of fresh air. Despite upgrading to a pool view room, loud music from a wedding party made it difficult to relax. the bar and rooftop barbecue were closed when seeking enjoyment in the hotel's amenities.

The room labeled as having a courtyard view turned out to be more of an apartment view, with zero natural light, forcing constant use of electric lights. The noise from loud parties nearby made it uncomfortable to unwind, as sound insulation seemed non-existent. the limited amenities in the spa were a letdown, with the Turkish bath often unavailable. A remote for the air conditioning was absent, which added some inconvenience during the stay.

The staff here made our stay really special, like the lovely Yelda who genuinely wanted our feedback as we checked out! ! Plus, the pool area was huge and clean, just perfect for relaxing with family. We also had a blast at the rooftop bar with stunning sunset views while enjoying some chilled pop music.
